In my experience working with clients and students in a variety of settings, the people that are most successful at losing weight and keeping it off are the people that make the greatest effort to be consistent with their workouts and healthy eating habits. A perfect example is Hannah Curlee, the Season 11 Biggest Loser runner-up. I interviewed Hanna right after she ended the show and she told me about her hectic life traveling and doing media appearances. She also shared her strategies for staying lean. She told me that she goes online to find grocery stores in each of her destination cities that carry the healthy food that she enjoys. Impressive, right?
