The truth is it’s s a very good question. Honestly the majority of us do exercise daily. We go to work, park the car, walk up steps etc. So we all really do exercise everyday technically. But….. is that really exercise? Are we targeting specifc parts of the body? The answer is exercise is yes! Any type of exercise is always good but obviously if it is more targeted its always better. Today I want to talk about a specific type of exercise. Knee Strengthening Exercises. These exercises can be done every day and they are very simple to do. In addition,they can also help in preventing knee injuiries. Like I saiid above we all exercises everyday but having a daily plan can really be beneficial. If you want to target cardio then do that.. but if you do daily exercise try to focus and getting the most out of each and every minute.
