Don't Have Time To Exercise!

Don't you sometimes feel surprised how your friends and colleagues can spend long hours in the gym!  Turned off by the idea of a tennis game that entails not only the hour-long match but also getting to the tennis club, changing into a tennis outfit and then showering afterwards?

You think, "That’s almost 3 hours – three hours I could make more money by seeing more clients!" Yes, it looks reasonable. But the bad news is, you are neglecting your health and having much money later is not going guarantee that you will be healthy. Like the saying "Health is Wealth" which is some thing you should remember. Money cannot buy back your health that you have thrown away.

Are those three hours not worth spending during a given week when you know that years of good health could be yours if you had a different mindset about fitness?

Instead of not exercise altogether, here’s what you can do to include a fitness regiment into your busy schedule.

20 minutes 5 days a week.
Week 1:  all cardio
Week 2:  weights
Week 3:  Cardio on Mon/Wed/Fri
Week 4:  Weights on Tues/Thurs
Repeat the entire cycle when you get to month 2.

If you like to workout at home, then maybe you should get a home fitness equipment like elliptical trainer. For the suggested workout, elliptical machine can offer you cardio workouts, muscle toning, and weight loss.

  1. Years ago, there were relatively few choices for a patient who needed after surgery or recovery care and who might not have someone at home to provide it. That has now changed, and the options available to patients continue to expand and grow. papa johns for diabetic menu
