World Dental Forum 2012 Enlightens US Dentists on the Current Trends of International Dentistry

SEATTLE, July 8, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Modern Dental Laboratory USA (MDL USA) assembled a group of 570 pioneering dentists from all over the world to come together at their second-annual World Dental Forum in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, China from May 31 to June 3, 2012. Seven different countries were represented at this prestigious event including: USA; Netherlands; Germany; Australia; France; Hong Kong SAR; China.

With a shift in the dental industry toward international integration, the World Dental Forum gave U.S. dentists an opportunity to meet with world-renowned dentists, opinion leaders, and suppliers from around the world.

This year's event featured a remarkable array of distinguished international speakers and topics. After the tour of the largest dental laboratory in the world, MDL USA hosted a US Delegation semi-formal dinner where Farran, Savage and Christensen addressed the Delegation on practice management techniques and the future of dentistry.

This year's event was held at the Grand Hyatt in Hong Kong and co-organized by The University of Hong Kong Faculty of Dentistry and Modern Dental Laboratory. The World Dental Forum was particularly special as the World Dental Forum was taking place in conjunction with the 100 year anniversary of The University of Hong Kong and the 30 year anniversary of The University of Hong Kong Faculty of Dentistry.
