As you probably already know, juicing fruits and vegetables is a great way to get a powerful nutritional punch from your daily veggie intake – because the body doesn’t need to process as much fiber, all of the good stuff goes right to your bloodstream, making for one potent nutritional powerhouse of a drink! Have you considered, though, that your daily juice might also be a great way to promote veganism to friends and family? Juicing, whether as displayed in vegan contexts or not, has become a popular new nutritional trend – juicers and books and special recipes and celebrities, oh my!– it seems everyone has got a green juice in hand these days. Because juicing contains no more than the juice from vegan sources, then, why not post your beautiful concoction to social media sites with the explanation that this is something that vegans have been enjoying for a long time (long before any trendy celebrities started juicing!)? In this sense, vegans are ahead of the curve, and you may, in turn, get someone interested in learning more about veganism, just by talking about something you know and love. Happy juicing!
